The GM-4 is Wingoh's 120 mm dessert fork — a PP/PS blend at roughly 2 g per piece, sized to ride on a buffet plate or sit beside a 200–400 ml dessert cup. The blend gives the tip enough rigidity to pierce chilled cheesecake while resisting the brittle snap of pure PS. Produced at our FSSC 22000 plant in Tangerang.

Best for
- Hotel buffet and patisserie operators plating cake, tart, panna cotta, or sliced fruit — the 12 cm length pairs cleanly with dessert plates.
- Australian café and tearoom chains serving high-tea sets where the fork sits beside a small saucer.
- Catering wholesalers building dessert-and-fruit packs separate from the main-course cutlery SKU.
Material rationale
The PP/PS blend was specified for this length because either resin alone fails on a 12 cm fork. Pure PS at this size is too brittle and snaps at the handle when guests apply leverage to a frozen dessert. Pure PP at this size is too flexible — the tip bends rather than pierces a chilled tart base. The blend gives a rigid tip with a forgiving handle, at a weight (~2 g) that does not feel like a children's toy in adult hands.
