Wingoh's PS-2 chopsticks measure 195 mm — the length ramen and pho operators specify so guests can lift noodles and thick toppings without their fingers approaching a hot broth bowl. Rigid PS body at 3 g per pair, splinter-free unlike disposable bamboo. Manufactured in Tangerang since 1992 at our FSSC 22000 + ISO 9001 plant.

Best for
- Ramen and pho operators in Australia and Singapore — 195 mm keeps the user's hand 5 cm clear of a 75°C broth surface.
- Sushi delivery brands running consistent unbranded inserts across thousands of orders weekly.
- Asian-grocer private-label programs replacing bamboo with a non-porous, splinter-free alternative.
Material rationale
Rigid PS gives a chopstick that does not bow when lifting chashu, brisket, or a chunk of pork belly — the failure mode of cheaper, thinner designs at this length. PS is also non-porous, so soy and chili oil do not soak in and carry flavor across orders. For diner-format Asian restaurants where 200 mm is the table standard, switch to PS-3 instead.
