At 4 g per piece and 170 mm long, the PS-4 is the heaviest item in the Wingoh cutlery range. It is a disposable knife that actually cuts — a fine-serrated PS edge designed to part cooked steak, baked cake, and grilled sausage without the handle flexing. Manufactured at our Tangerang plant under FSSC 22000 + ISO 9001.

Best for
- BBQ and steakhouse takeaway in Australia and APAC — the 4 g body delivers enough rigidity to slice cooked rump or sirloin without the handle bending.
- Birthday-cake and celebration caterers needing a disposable cake-knife alternative to single-use metal blades.
- Hotel buffet and catering operations plating Western mains where a flatware-grade disposable knife matters to guest perception.
Material rationale
Most "plastic knives" on the market are 2 g of low-grade PP that flex into uselessness on contact with cooked meat. The PS-4 is the opposite spec: 4 g of dense food-grade PS, molded with precision serration on the cutting edge. The handle thickness eliminates the flex-fail mode. The trade-off: PS-4 is a single-use cutting tool, not a stir tool — its rigidity makes it brittle if leveraged sideways against ice or frozen food.
