Material rationale
A tall jar with a handle accumulates two stress vectors — vertical stack load on the rim and horizontal lever load on the handle-shoulder join. The 53.4 g wall is the minimum spec that holds both, which is why we do not offer this geometry in a 36 g variant. PET clarity remains the merchandising differentiator: cereal and granola buyers compare flake size and inclusion ratio through the wall. PP cap supplies the gasket-grade seal.
