The Cap Flat 90 mm is the no-straw-hole closure for dessert, sealed-product, and stacking applications. PP food-grade, 5 stock colours, 8 mm low profile — the flat surface is the key feature: lets you stack sealed cups vertically in fridge or display without lid-to-lid interference.

Best for
- Dessert operators packing pudding, panna cotta, jelly, or parfait portions where a straw hole would defeat the freshness seal.
- Salad and grab-and-go operators running individual fruit cups, yoghurt bowls, or sauce containers that need to stack vertically in display fridges.
- Catering and event packing doing pre-portion service (corporate breakfast, hotel mini-bar) where 4-high cup stacking saves display square metres.
Material rationale
The 8 mm low-profile design is the operational differentiator — a tall straw-hole lid (23 mm) makes vertical stacking lossy in fridge display, while the flat lid stacks at near 1:1 efficiency. PP food-grade keeps the lid stiff enough to take the weight of 3–4 cups stacked above without bowing inward onto the sealed product. Pigment-in-resin means transparent, black, yellow, white, and red lids hold colour through hot-pour service (100 °C continuous tolerance). The 48 × 19 × 25 cm carton is the shallowest in our lid range — efficient for mixed-pallet sea freight.
