The Frosted Flat Cup 400 ml is a 12.7 g matte-finish PP thinwall cup made for specialty cafés that price by perceived quality. The 114 mm flat-base mouth fits standard 90 mm cup sealers; the frosted natural wall hides fingerprint smudge and gives an "iced-glass" cue on cold drinks. Injection-moulded at our Tangerang plant since 1992.

Best for
- Australian specialty coffee bars running iced latte and cold brew menus where matte wall hides condensation streaks better than gloss PET.
- Premium milk-tea operators in APAC who want a cleaner shelf look than transparent cups but cannot move to paper for cup-sealer compatibility.
- Dessert and gelato counters serving 14 oz portions where the frosted body cues "exclusive" without printed branding.
Material rationale
PP food-grade was chosen over PET for this cup for three operational reasons. It tolerates hot fills up to 100 °C continuous (120 °C peak), so it survives steam from hot tea poured directly. The 12.7 g wall thickness keeps the rim rigid enough for cup-sealer film at standard tension without buckling. And the frosted finish is integral to the resin, not a coating — so it does not flake under fridge cycling between -18 °C storage and 4 °C service.
